HYPNOSIS

How does it work?

Through her voice, the therapist induces a state of modified consciousness, between sleep and wakefulness, close to daydreaming. Your mind is working but it is disconnected from immediate thoughts and sensations. Turned inward, you can easily access your subconscious, which works in unique ways. Thanks to these powerful mental resources, we can reorient certain negative behaviors.

Through carefully crafted suggestions, the therapist introduces new ways of thinking, detached from the blind and inflexible grip of our reasoning mind. These new positive thought patterns help us feel better and address our needs.

SHORT-TERM THERAPY

Thérapie Brève 1000x400 Opacité 230

INITIAL MEETING

The purpose of this first meeting is to go over your goals and determine together the changes you need to achieve in your well-being. This is a key part of the therapy.

This is a special time for me to be attentive and carefully take in a nuanced impression of your inner world and of your ways of relating to your personal issues. I can then adjust our hypnosis sessions accordingly.

HYPNOSIS SESSIONS

Laurence Lollier Thérapie Brève Qualité d'écoute

 All ears

My voice guides you inwards, towards your subconscious. In this altered state of consciousness, your mind enables the right resources so that you can find the well-being you seek. This inner exploration under hypnosis clears up new paths for you, as necessary to achieve your goal.

After 45 minutes of hypnosis, we have 10 minutes to go over your impressions and prepare for the coming week and our next appointment.

The required number of sessions ranges from 2 to 6.

STEPS TOWARD AUTONOMY

We can develop therapeutic exercises to practice at home between appointments and later once the therapy is over.

You can practice self-hypnosis and extend the benefits of the therapy to take full charge of your well-being.

To take full advantage of self-hypnosis, it is recommended that you practice it on a regular basis.

Laurence Lollier Thérapie Brève Autohypnose
