Depending on your situation, our sessions may involve simple relaxation to help you feel better or we may choose to meet 2, 3, or even 4 times to explore the underlying causes of your stress and address it in-depth.

If you feel stress has turned your smoking habit into a problematic addiction and you want to quit, I use a smoking cessation method (called A.T.N.) to help you stop smoking completely.

YOUR FIRST STEP TOWARDS A LESS STRESSFUL LIFE

Looking to release tension and recharge your batteries? And also have some fun while learning useful ways to relieve stress in your life? My well-being talk groups are designed for you.

For each event, we have a small group of participants, allowing for informal interaction. We can share experiences in a confidential setting, ask questions and practise techniques designed to help you reduce stress in your life. 

These talk groups take place one Thursday per month from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Cannes (in French) and one Thursday per month from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in Valbonne (in English). They focus on a different stress-related theme every month.
