Depending on your situation, our sessions may involve simple relaxation to help you feel better or we may choose to meet 2, 3, or even 4 times to explore the underlying causes of your stress and address it in-depth.
If you feel stress has turned your smoking habit into a problematic addiction and you want to quit, I use a smoking cessation method (called A.T.N.) to help you stop smoking completely.

YOUR FIRST STEP TOWARDS A LESS STRESSFUL LIFE
Looking to release tension and recharge your batteries? And also have some fun while learning useful ways to relieve stress in your life? My self-hypnosis workshops are designed for you.
For each workshop, we have a small group of participants, allowing for informal interaction. We practise self-hypnosis techniques designed to help you reduce stress in your life. You will be provided with an audio recording to keep practising at home and prolong the soothing effects you experienced.
These workshops take place one Thursday per month from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in Cannes. They focus on a different stress-related theme every month.
